Submittal Guidelines

Format: Submit one electronic copy in MS Word and MS Excel along with one original and one copy.

Submitted proposals should be no longer than four pages in length and include the following:

  • A short introduction which provides an overview of the proposed project

  • Project objectives and review of the relevant literature

  • A short narration describing the research methodology

  • A description of key personnel with attached vitae’s

  • A budget projection and justification

  • A project evaluation and continuation plans
